Paris! Spectacular city with a roofscape full of imagination and a proper sense of tragedy underneath. One is left wandering your boulevards, torn between Haussmannian perspectives and mazelike inner streets. Set out to find what one hasn't been searching for. Cut three-dimensionality in an endless landscape of stone and zinc like Lucio Fontana slicing your canvases, introducing depth. You lie there like a glorified victim abused by history.

Where else could the birth of psychogeography be, studying the effects this constructed environment has on one's behaviour? While ever drifting away like the Situationists, where history and future are married together in extravagance, leaving a trace of melancholy behind. One has to sigh while looking at you with wonder.
